Did you know that the majority of "wolfdogs" aren't actually wolfdogs at all?
Wolfdogs are actually very uncommon! The majority of "wolfdogs" are just wolfy-looking dogs being labeled as such either due to ignorance or aesthetic purposes (Because who doesn't want to show the world their beautiful and majestic pet wolf?! Right?!). False labeling could be a death sentence for your dog. Wolfdogs are illegal in many places, and the last thing you'd want is for your Husky mix to be taken away and euthanized because you've been bragging about how it was totally part wolf. Also, it gives people the wrong impressions about what a wolfdog is actually like- leading to irresponsible ownership for those unfortunate enough to end up with an actual wolfdog. They are not dogs, and people expecting a well-behaved and easy-to-train animal will be in for a huge shock.

Interested in owning a wolfdog? Do TONS of research- wolfdogs are not for everyone. You should already have lots of experience with dogs before even thinking of owning a wolfdog. Check the laws regarding wolfdogs in your area. Interact with wolfdogs. Talk to wolfdog owners. Make sure you have the time and money to take care of one.
And be aware of misrepresentation- don't become part of the problem!

Where to find me + final thoughts on Eclipse
First thing is first- I am not going anywhere. I am leaving this here for people who are leaving dA and still want to keep up with my art.

Looks like Eclipse will finally be permanently implemented. I do think there's been a lot of improvement since it was first announced, and I still stand by my statements that most of Eclipse isn't bad whatsoever- the aesthetically pleasing gallery layouts, the profile tabs, the commissions feature, light and dark theme options? All
delay on commissions
I have quite a few people who have commissioned me within the past week or two, and I've been unusually slow at the moment- my final exams are coming up and one particular class has been taking up most of my time (soil biogeochemistry, which I failed once before and am trying not to fail a second time). Apologies for the delay, I'm still going to try and get these done in-between studying but as soon as finals are over in early December, I'll get remaining owed art done quickly.
In addition, I will be closed for new commissions in December. I might open small batches of sketch or flat lined commissions but for the most part I'll mostly be fo
